Location: Knoxville, Tennessee (Ice Chalet) Format: Open, 32 teams, 3 game guarantee Entry Fee: TBD Entry Fee includes: - Professionally-made ice by a skilled team of professional ice makers and their ICE KING machines (kidnapp...er...imported from Ontario.) - 3 game guarantee - Food and beverages (including beer and wine) all weekend - Saturday Evening Southern Style Banquet: Held at the Concord Yacht Club, with live bluegrass music from Wild Blue Yonder and a prize-filled raffle Lodging Options: A block of rooms has been reserved at the Hilton Garden Inn Knoxville West AND at the new Holiday Inn Express, close to the Ice Chalet. See map for locations of Ice Chalet, Concord Yacht Club (location of Saturday evening banquet) and nearby hotels and restaurants. BY POPULAR REQUEST: Recipe for Kerry's Crack: In large bowl, mix: 1 box plain Chex cereal 1 box Golden Grahams cereal 1 bag waffle pretzels 1 bag sweetened coconut 1 bag pecan halves 1 bag dried cranberries In a saucepan, combine: 3 sticks butter, 2 cups corn syrup, 2 cups sugar. Heat until syrupy. Pour butter mix over cereal mix. Spread on cookie sheets to dry. Melt 1 lb chocolate and drizzle on top. Sprinkle with salt. ENJOY! |
