As a fundraiser for rocks, we are auctioning off ONE VIP PACKAGE worth over $500, which includes:
*1 Team Entry
*Bonus items in goody bag and
40 Free Raffle Tickets
*Guaranteed accommodation for the whole team at one of our club member’s homes (if desired)
*VIP treatment all weekend, including private box seats at the arena, reserved parking space, a ride home after the Saturday evening banquet, and whatever else we can come up with!
So if you don't yet have a spot in the bonspiel, or just want a little extra special treatment during the bonspiel, place your bids here.
For those teams with confirmed spots, you may bid on the VIP Package as an upgrade, and will be reimbursed your original team entry ($400)
Join us for our 6th annual Rocky Top Bonspiel in the heart of the Great Smoky Mountains!! We will have 4 great sheets of ice at the Ice Chalet made by Don Powell and his ice crew.
Bonspiel Entry Fee ($400 per team) Includes:
3 game guarantee
Breakfast, lunch, and snacks all weekend: All you can eat!
Beverages all weekend (and yes, that includes FREE BEER!)
Southern-style banquet on Saturday evening at the Concord Yacht Club on Fort Loudoun Lake with live entertainment and a fabulous prize-filled raffle
Accomodations:
A block of hotel rooms will be reserved. Club members will also host teams at their homes; please contact us if you are interested in this option.
Tentative Weekend Schedule:
Thursday, June 3 - Informal pub night for teams coming into town early
Friday, June 4 - First draws at 12:00, 2:15 or 4:00pm
Saturday, June 5 - Curling all day, Banquet at 7:00 pm
Sunday, June 6 - Finals at 1:00pm
